Halden & Pryce Motors is a demonstration business. This text shows the kind of booking terms a garage might publish and is not an offer of services.
Bookings
A booking is for the service and time you choose on the booking page. We confirm it by email. Please arrive at the time you picked so we can finish the work on the day.
Prices and payment
The price shown on the booking page is the price of the service you pick. No payment is taken online. You pay at the garage when you collect the vehicle. If the work turns out to need more than you booked, we will tell you what and why, and agree it with you before we go ahead.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, please call us as early as you can so another customer can take the slot.
MOT results
The MOT result is decided by the tester on the day, against the national test standard. If your vehicle does not pass, we will explain what failed and what the options are.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
